Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level architectural vision for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee code reviews, technical debt reduction, and system optimization to ensure long-term stability.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale enterprise solutions on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
