Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies such as AGI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, scalable distributed systems capable of handling high-velocity predictive data streams.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on global tech trends to forecast industry shifts and integrate viable innovations into our product suite.
- Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing architectures adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, AI Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think critically about long-term industry shifts and translate them into technical requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
