Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives using predictive modeling to forecast industry evolutions and competitive landscapes
- Champion cross-functional R&D sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-state solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members, translating complex futures into actionable business cases
- Build and manage a global network of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Drive organizational adoption of future-thinking methodologies through workshops and thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology roles with proven impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of at least three of: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Track record of launching products/services based on future-state predictions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or relevant field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
