- Generate comprehensive shift reports and performance analytics

- Optimize workflows using Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- 5+ years in corporate operations with night shift leadership experience
- Proven expertise in financial systems and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools
- Excellent crisis management and decision-making abilities
