Responsibilities
- Oversee 24/7 warehouse operations during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 15-20 warehouse staff including training and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Generate daily performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to work flexible overnight schedule
