Responsibilities
- Oversee critical overnight corporate operations including data center monitoring and logistics coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve urgent operational issues with minimal disruption
- Generate real-time performance reports and implement process improvements
- Act as primary liaison between night shift staff and executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and corporate security protocols
- Coordinate with global teams across multiple time zones
- Maintain 100% uptime for essential business systems during off-hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate operations or night shift leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise software
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ITIL or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
