Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and user stories to optimize operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Create and present data-driven insights to leadership teams during night shift handovers
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions across global time zones
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Support system testing and implementation activities during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proven experience working night shifts or rotating schedules
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders
