Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for weekend-based delivery teams
- Coordinate resources across departments to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and status reporting to executive leadership
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
- Implement continuous improvement processes for weekend project workflows
- Mentor junior project team members and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on budget and schedule
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for weekend operational challenges
- Experience in Houston's tech or energy sector preferred
