Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams for weekend project deployments and system upgrades
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communications across all organizational levels
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure on-time delivery of weekend milestones
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks during weekend operations
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend/shift work
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms
- Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure projects
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for weekend operational challenges
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Experience with risk management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK)
