Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable data solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations to support decision-making
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize requirements
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for leadership
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure timely project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and requirements gathering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Experience with agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
