Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements and specifications for system enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop test cases and validate system changes during off-peak hours
- Monitor KPIs and provide real-time insights to leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder collaboration
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
