Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and system requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to define project scope and deliverables
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems during night shift hours
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Facilitate requirements workshops with remote teams using agile methodologies
- Maintain and update system documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational schedules
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling tools, and requirements management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience documenting processes using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across time zones
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous night shift environment
