Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for overnight system updates
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and documentation for critical nightly operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for night shift deliverables
- Lead root cause analysis for overnight system issues and recommend process improvements
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor overnight operational performance
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across time zones during critical system transitions
- Ensure compliance with SOX and industry regulations during off-hours activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in distributed teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (7 PM - 7 AM)
