Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and deliver actionable insights through SQL and data visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues during night shift hours
- Create and present executive dashboards highlighting KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project deliverables and timelines
- Support system testing and UAT during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift or rotational schedule
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong background in process modeling using BPMN or similar methodologies
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in independent work environments with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST
