Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align solutions with business goals
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for performance monitoring
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Support UAT testing and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule with flexible hours
- Preferred: Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or experience in healthcare/finance sectors
