Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and document requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and implement performance tracking systems
- Develop SQL queries and Tableau dashboards for real-time data analysis during night operations
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) with offshore development teams
- Create comprehensive test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements
- Document process improvements and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst with night shift or remote work background
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and stakeholder reporting
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
