Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and system requirements for overnight operations
- Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business needs
- Validate system changes through UAT and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Qualifications

- 3+ years of business analysis experience in gaming/hospitality or tech
