You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications for system enhancements
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business needs
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting systems
- Document business processes and workflows using industry-standard methodologies
- Support implementation of new technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
