Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create detailed process flows, workflows, and documentation for overnight operations
- Collaborate with development teams to implement system enhancements
- Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership review
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and align solutions
- Support UAT testing and ensure seamless system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with process mapping and requirement documentation
- Excellent communication skills with remote teams across time zones
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
