- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and KPIs
- Develop detailed process documentation and visualizations using tools like Visio and Lucidchart
- Create SQL queries and reports to support real-time decision-making for night operations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops during evening hours to align on project deliverables
- Implement Agile methodologies for sprint planning and backlog management
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with night shift or remote work preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent written communication for asynchronous collaboration
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and process modeling
