Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to deliver actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate requirement sessions with development teams to ensure alignment on technical solutions
- Validate system implementations through comprehensive testing and quality assurance protocols
- Generate and maintain KPI dashboards to track project performance and business impact
- Lead UAT sessions during night shift hours to ensure seamless deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field with 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proven track record working night shifts or alternative schedules
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (JAD, workshops, interviews)
- Proficiency in BPMN, UML, and data modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder management
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
