Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and financial data during overnight trading sessions
- Develop detailed business requirements for fintech platforms and trading systems
- Create data visualizations and dashboards for real-time market monitoring
- Collaborate with global teams across APAC and EMEA time zones
- Document processes and maintain requirements specifications in JIRA
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate solution design workshops
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience documenting requirements for complex trading systems
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading workflows
- Excellent written communication for cross-regional documentation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
