Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities during overnight operations
- Create detailed requirements documents, user stories, and process flows for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across time zones via virtual collaboration tools
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban) during night cycles
- Document and maintain data dictionaries and system architecture diagrams
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or global team environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
- Exceptional written communication skills for async documentation
- Ability to thrive in autonomous overnight work structures
