Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities using SQL and data visualization tools
- Document requirements through user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using Tableau/Power BI
- Validate system changes through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Coordinate with offshore teams during handover procedures
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation for audit compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or rotational roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel advanced functions, and data modeling
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for remote stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Experience with healthcare or energy industry a plus
