Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities during night shift operations
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across global teams during night hours to gather requirements
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools for real-time decision support
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives
- Conduct UAT and quality assurance testing during night shift cycles
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through structured night shift briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or data-driven environments
