Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Document detailed requirements and create user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure analytical integrity
- Collaborate with night shift developers to implement solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through concise, data-driven reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience documenting requirements and creating process flows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
