Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, requirements, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Validate solutions against business goals and KPIs
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements using UML or similar
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
