Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis during off-hours to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving process gaps in night operations.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document user stories using Agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
