Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to generate actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
- Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders during night operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reporting dashboards to track project progress and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving business process issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in finance or technology.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and keen attention to detail.
