Responsibilities
- Manage night shift operations including inventory control, facility security, and vendor coordination
- Lead cross-departmental teams to ensure service level agreements are met during off-peak hours
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency response protocols
- Generate and analyze performance reports for executive leadership
- Oversee compliance with corporate safety and security standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for operational handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate operations or logistics management
- Proven leadership experience with night shift or 24/7 environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
