Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly operational workflows across departments including logistics, data processing, and client services
- Implement process optimization initiatives to enhance night shift productivity and efficiency
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates through performance coaching and development
- Coordinate with day-shift leadership to ensure operational continuity and strategic alignment
- Monitor KPIs and generate real-time performance reports for executive leadership
- Resolve escalated operational issues with minimal business disruption
- Develop and maintain comprehensive night shift operational documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate operations management experience with night shift leadership
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
