Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize corporate systems during overnight hours to ensure 99.9% operational uptime

- Generate real-time performance reports for executive leadership review
- Implement emergency protocols for off-hours system disruptions
- Maintain compliance documentation with SOX and ISO 27001 standards
- Train junior staff on night shift operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years corporate operations experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving abilities
- SOX compliance and audit experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid NC driver's license (for occasional emergency site visits)
