- Provide remote IT support to global team members across time zones

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in corporate operations or night shift environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise software (SAP, Salesforce)

- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CompTIA Security+ or ITIL certification preferred
