Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-day financial reconciliations and corporate data processing for 50+ enterprise clients
- Coordinate cross-departmental handoffs between international teams during overnight hours
- Implement real-time monitoring systems for critical corporate infrastructure and security protocols
- Lead incident response for operational emergencies during low-coverage periods
- Generate executive-level operational reports for morning leadership briefings
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and corporate governance standards
- Train and mentor new night shift team members on proprietary systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years corporate operations experience with night shift or 24/7 environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reconciliation processes
- Valid US security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
