Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Execute nightly data backups, system diagnostics, and performance optimization
- Provide Tier-2 technical support for global employees and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with international teams for cross-continental operational continuity
- Document incident reports and generate comprehensive shift summaries
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate IT operations or system administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with enterprise-level software
