Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-day financial reconciliations and reporting for global markets
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero-error tolerance
- Manage inter-company accounting for international subsidiaries
- Coordinate with AP/AR teams during overnight operations
- Implement SOX compliance controls for night shift activities
- Analyze overnight market fluctuations and prepare executive briefings
- Mentor night shift finance team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years corporate finance experience with night shift exposure
- Expert proficiency in SAP and Oracle Financials
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- SOX compliance certification or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
