Responsibilities
- Oversee end-of-day financial reconciliation and global transaction processing during overnight shifts
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing procedures with 100% accuracy
- Manage regulatory compliance reporting (SEC, FASB) for international markets
- Coordinate with AP/AR teams to resolve cross-border payment discrepancies
- Develop and maintain real-time financial dashboards for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements to optimize overnight financial operations
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced Excel modeling and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance with night shift or global team experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle Financials, and Power BI
- Proven track record in multi-currency transaction processing
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and international financial regulations
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (VBA, macros, pivot tables)
- Certification in night shift productivity methodologies (e.g., CESP)
