Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure, network systems, and cloud platforms during night shift hours
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and perform vulnerability assessments to protect client data
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and system outages
- Deploy and configure hardware/software solutions including Cisco networking and VMware virtualization
- Document system configurations, incident reports, and standard operating procedures
- Lead disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning exercises
- Provide tier-3 technical support for high-priority enterprise clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience with night shift or on-call exposure
- Expertise in Cisco networking, VMware vSphere, and Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Strong scripting abilities (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments and hybrid architectures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently during off-hours
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
