- Coordinate cross-functional handovers with day shift teams for seamless operational continuity
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures with quarterly tabletop exercises
- Optimize system performance using AIOps tools to achieve 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Generate executive dashboards highlighting KPIs and operational trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT operations with 2+ years in night shift leadership roles
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure and hybrid cloud architectures
