Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems during overnight hours
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets with SLA compliance
- Perform system backups, security patches, and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with day shift teams for handover and incident resolution
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Conduct proactive system health checks and optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT operations or system administration experience
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
