Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise server systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for global employees via ticketing systems and remote access
- Execute system patches, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless continuity of operations
- Implement disaster recovery testing and system optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT systems administration experience
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend rotation
