Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and task delegation
- Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to support teams
- Generate daily operational reports and performance metrics
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for overnight operations
- Lead incident response protocols for after-hours emergencies
- Mentor night shift staff and foster team cohesion
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate operations or logistics management
- Proven experience leading overnight shift teams
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (required for occasional site visits)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- OSHA certification preferred
- BS in Business Operations or related field preferred
