Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize nightly operational workflows across 3 core business units
- Coordinate cross-departmental handovers with day shift teams using proprietary systems
- Execute critical system audits and compliance checks during off-peak hours
- Lead incident response protocols for after-hours operational disruptions
- Generate and distribute real-time performance dashboards to executive leadership
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and escalation protocols
- Facilitate seamless communication between global teams across 4 time zones
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in corporate operations or night shift coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and enterprise resource planning systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Experience with shift handover documentation procedures
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
