Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Coordinate with day shift teams to ensure smooth transition of tasks and information
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Address and resolve operational issues that arise during the night shift
- Prepare and distribute shift reports to management
- Manage team performance, including scheduling and training of night shift staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or coordinator role, preferably in logistics or operations
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during the night shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using inventory management and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks if required
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
