Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 night shift associates with performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with day shift management for operational continuity
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and data analysis
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain quality standards
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Advanced problem-solving abilities under pressure
