Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 night shift employees, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to achieve zero-accident performance metrics
- Optimize workflow processes using WMS systems to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless handovers between shifts
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory control systems
- OSHA certification and extensive knowledge of safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication abilities for coordinating multi-shift operations
- Valid forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
