Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate operations with 2+ years night shift leadership
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and security protocols
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven experience managing remote teams and shift rotations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Valid California driver's license
