- Oversee all night shift operations including production, logistics, and quality control
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ night shift employees with performance management
- Implement process improvements to enhance overnight productivity and safety
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers with day shift teams
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service level agreements
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for leadership
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- 3+ years experience in night shift supervision/management
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to manage remote teams effectively
- Excellent problem-solving under pressure during off-peak hours
- Valid New Mexico driver's license for facility inspections
