Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift operations including logistics, inventory, and production workflows
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-15 night shift employees
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Resolve operational escalations and troubleshoot complex issues
- Prepare shift reports and performance analytics for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record managing night shift operations
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
