Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly operational activities including facility security, equipment maintenance, and process optimization
- Lead and mentor a 10-person night shift team through performance management and development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers between day/night shifts to ensure seamless continuity
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, compliance standards, and emergency response procedures
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency gains
- Manage inventory control systems and vendor relationships for 24/7 supply chain operations
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports and executive dashboards highlighting key metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate operations management with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing processes in high-volume environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- OSHA certification and familiarity with NFPA standards
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
